Kstar’s RT S series uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) are high-reliability devices that feature input and output voltage isolation. When connecting high-class online UPS systems to the power grid, it is crucial to ensure proper alignment of phase and neutral. If the UPS emits an audible alarm after being powered on, first adjust the switch, reconnect it to the power grid, and restart the device.

If you are using a generator with a distorted output signal, it is important to enable generator mode on the uninterruptible power supply (UPS).

The UPS can be installed either vertically on the floor or horizontally in a compatible communication rack. For rack installation, a special mounting kit (Rails for 1-3KVA RT) is required.
