Description

The case former is designed to form boxes from a flat blank and then seal the upper and lower valves with adhesive tape in automatic mode. They are used as part of high-performance lines in which the formed boxes are conveyed by conveyors to the product layout area inside the box. The case former is integrated together with a sealer, which will automatically seal the upper and lower valves with adhesive tape.

The case former is a fully automated device designed to efficiently form carefully folded packages using a tape feed to seal the bottom. The precise synchronization of the operation of individual mechanisms ensures the continuity of the cycle in accordance with the specified program.

The key working elements are equipped with simple and convenient adjustment systems that ensure quick reconfiguration if necessary.
