Description

Leoch LP Series general-purpose lead-acid batteries feature AGM separators that extend cycle life and protect against short circuits.

The recombination structure regenerates water through the combination of hydrogen and oxygen released during electrochemical reactions, protecting the battery from water loss. Therefore, these batteries are maintenance-free.

Areas of application: Uninterruptible Power Supply systems (UPS), telecommunication stations, security systems, automatic control systems, etc.

Functional capabilities:

• Nominal service life: 5 years in float charge mode at 25°C
• Cycle life at 50% depth of discharge: 500 cycles
• Maintenance-free (VRLA)

Notes and recommendations:

Battery service life may be significantly reduced if the operating temperature exceeds 25°C, in cases of frequent charge/discharge cycles, or if stored for more than 6 months without recharging.

It is recommended not to discharge the battery more than 50%, and to use temperature compensation functionality when exposed to sharp temperature fluctuations.
