Stretch bander SB AU-NF STANDARD

Description

Packaging line specifically designed to stretch-band regular-shaped products, on one or more layers, with polyethylene film (LDPE). Flexible and versatile, this stretch bander is the ideal solution even for small and large-sized packages when wrapping without heat-shrinking is required.

SB AU-NF uses a stacking unit that arranges the cartons in different layers and wraps them with a stretchy band of heat-shrinkable polyethylene. This process eliminates the need for subsequent heat-shrinking thanks to the polyethylene’s ability to adhere to the package with tension of the film. The stretching of the film around the package occurs gradually through an adjustable film braking system, ensuring excellent grip of the band on the product and creating a compact bundle.
