Description

Automatic shrink-wrapper with in-line infeed belt. Two-reels of shrinkable polyethylene one-sheet (LDPE). In-line motor-operated infeed belt. Ideal to pack single products, especially large-sized and with no limitations in length. Total closing of the pack either by overlapping the film edges or by the optional side-sealer station. Available either in mono-bloc version or with sealer separated from the tunnel. Customised solutions available for high-speed productions.

3 independent adjustable speed belts: infeed, parking and tunnel belts.
Touch screen HMI 7 inches with the possibility to adjust machine speed.
PLC with Ethernet connection: ready for data exchange between machine and customer ERP. Modem for remote technical
assistance.
Machine suitable for high-speed production (up to 20 packs/minute). Short and/or light product stability is improved by
the independent parking belt between sealer and tunnel.
KISSING BELTS system: the infeed and parking belt are shifting to help short and/or light products to travel over the
sealing bar (optional).
