Description

The CP25 case erector forms the top loading and closing of standard cardboard boxes and trays (RSC), provides high speed and precision processing of a variety of products, including unstable ones. The boxes are stacked horizontally and equipped with a positive opening group for standard slot boxes, also known as American cardboard boxes.

The vertical cartoning machine with a “pick and place” group and a customizable gripper head provides simple adjustments and format changes that are easily carried out from the operator’s display or flywheels with a position indicator. The drive is carried out with three-phase or brushless motors, depending on the required production speed.

The assembly of cardboard from a motorized horizontal tripod is automatically controlled: the mechanical movement of the carriage, forming and positioning are carried out using axial precision guides, and traction is carried out using a belt. The molding unit is equipped with a cardboard gripper group made according to the required format, inside which there are suction cups for vacuum control. The closure of the box can be performed using adhesive tape or hot melt glue.

The shaper can be used in various industrial sectors, including food, chemicals and detergents, for packaging cosmetic and pharmaceutical products, trade and logistics.
